AI products · Document & Workflow Automation
A team of people retyping what is already written down.
The paperwork, handled — with a human approving what matters.

2–3 weeks
The biggest of these, and the one we scope hardest. We cost the current process first — if the volume does not justify building it, we say so.
We do not publish a price for this, because the right scope depends on your volumes and your systems. It gets costed in your free AI Opportunity Diagnostic, then fixed in writing before anything is built.
Why people buy it
Invoices, KYC files, purchase orders, claim forms, delivery challans. The information exists, someone reads it, and someone types it into a system. It is slow, it is error-prone, and the cost of it is almost never measured because it is spread across people who do other things too.
What it does
Specifically.
- Extracts and validates fields from messy real-world documents
- Pushes clean data into your ERP, CRM or accounting system
- Routes exceptions to a person instead of guessing
- Comes with an accuracy baseline you can hold us to
- Scoped against a costed ROI model before we build it
How we build it
Four steps, and one of them is telling you the truth.
We cost the current process first
Volume, handling time, error rate and what an error costs you. If the numbers do not justify building this, we tell you before you fund it.
We build against your ugliest documents
Not the clean sample. Scans, photos, handwriting in the margin, formats that changed three years ago. That is what production looks like.
Validation and exception handling
It checks what it extracted against rules you set — totals that must add up, fields that cannot be blank — and routes anything uncertain to a person rather than guessing.
Straight into your systems
Clean data pushed into your ERP, accounting or CRM, with a full audit trail of what was extracted and what a human changed.
Who buys it
Where it earns its money.
Finance & accounts payable
Supplier invoices read, validated against purchase orders, and posted — with only mismatches reaching a person.
BFSI & lending
KYC documents extracted and cross-checked, with a full audit trail for compliance review.
Insurance
Claim files read and structured, so assessors start from summarised facts rather than a PDF pile.
Logistics & manufacturing
Delivery challans, purchase orders and GRNs digitised and reconciled automatically.
Questions
Document & Workflow Automation — straight answers.
Written plainly, so a person and an AI engine can both quote them accurately.
What does document automation cost?
This is the one we scope hardest, because volume decides whether it is worth doing at all. We cost your current process first as part of the free AI Opportunity Diagnostic — if the numbers do not justify building it, we tell you before you fund anything.
How accurate is it?
We agree a target accuracy with you before we build and test against a labelled set of your own real documents. Typical field-level accuracy on structured documents is high, but the number that matters is yours, measured on your documents — not an industry average. Critical fields are usually held to a stricter threshold with human approval attached.
What happens to documents it cannot read?
They go to a person, flagged with what the system was unsure about. Nothing is silently guessed, and every exception feeds back in to improve coverage.
Can our data stay inside our own environment?
Yes. Where confidentiality or regulation requires it we deploy inside your VPC, use regional endpoints, or run open-weight models hosted in your own environment, with PII redacted before any external call.
Do we need to change our existing systems?
No. We integrate with what you run — SAP, Tally, Zoho, Salesforce, or a custom system — through APIs or file exchange. The point is to remove typing, not to start a migration.
