We map how the work actually flows today and put a cost against it. If the volume does not justify building anything, you hear that on the call.

What to build, in what order, the architecture, what it would take to run — and what we would tell you not to build. Yours to keep whatever you decide.

A working prototype, on your data
Not a slide, not a demo dataset. The first thing on the plan, built against your own documents and your own edge cases, and you drive it on a call.

Where this pays, and where it does not
The prototype offer covers any technology we would build for you, not only the AI parts, and it is aimed at organisations running real volume — thousands of documents a month, hundreds of calls a day, or a team whose time on a repeated process you can put a number against. Below that the arithmetic usually says do not build it, and we would rather say so on the call than after you have spent anything.

Why is the prototype free?
Because it settles the only question that matters — whether it works on your material — and we would rather answer that than argue it in a proposal. It also filters our own pipeline: we find out early whether the thing is worth building, which is cheaper for both of us than finding out later.
What is the catch?
There is no obligation and nothing to sign. The real cost to you is the half hour and one small thing we usually need — a sample export, a document set, a rate sheet. If we cannot get that, we cannot build against your data and the offer does not apply.
Is this only for AI projects?
No. We build websites and web platforms, mobile apps, custom software, the integrations between systems that do not talk, and AI where it genuinely pays. The prototype covers whichever of those would prove the point. Roughly a third of the automations we assess do not pass their own business case, and we say so on the call rather than building something that will not pay.
How is this different from the 48-hour demo on your industry pages?
The demo is a scenario we have already built for your sector, run against your data — fast because most of it exists before you arrive. The prototype is the first thing on your own written plan, built for your case specifically, which is why it takes about a week. Take the demo if you want to see the shape of it quickly; take the prototype if you want to see your problem solved.
What do you need from us to start?
A process you can point at, a rough sense of its volume, and whoever actually knows how the work flows. An order of magnitude is enough — it does not need to be accurate to decide whether something is worth building.
Who owns what you build?
You do. The plan is yours to keep including if you act on it with your own engineers or another firm, and the prototype is built in your repository where you have one.
