Geeks & NomadsAI for Businesses

Free · yours to keep

We look at how your business actually runs. Then we tell you where AI pays.

We do not publish a price list, because we do not know what a business needs until we have seen how it runs. What we do instead: thirty minutes of your time, a comprehensive engineering plan back within 24 hours, and then a working prototype built on your own data — all of it free, all of it yours to keep, and honest about the parts where AI would not pay.

How it works

Four steps, and the fourth is the one that matters.

Plenty of firms will hand you a strategy. Very few of them can build it, and almost none will still be responsible for it a year later.

01

A 30-minute call

Online, this week

Not a questionnaire and not a pitch. Thirty focused minutes on how the work actually flows — where enquiries land, which systems touch what, where time disappears, and what it costs when it breaks.

02

A comprehensive plan

24 hours from the call

What to build, in what order, the architecture, what it would take and what it is worth — including the things we would tell you not to build. In writing, and yours to keep whatever you decide.

03

A working prototype

Days, not weeks

The part most firms charge for. We build the first thing on the plan against your own documents, your own volumes and your own edge cases, and you drive it on a call. Not only AI — if the thing that would prove it is an integration, a data pipeline or a piece of ordinary software, we build that instead. Still free, and it settles the only question that matters: whether it works on your material rather than on a demo dataset.

04

Then we build it properly, and run it

From there

Only if the prototype earns it. Same people, so nothing is lost in a handover — and we operate it afterwards: accuracy monitored, models migrated, costs under a ceiling you approve.

What you get

A document, and a session to walk you through it.

Written for you to act on, not to admire. If you never speak to us again it should still have been worth the half day.

  • A map of how the work actually flows today, with the time and cost against each step
  • Every AI opportunity we can find, scored and ranked
  • The things we would explicitly not build, and why
  • A reference architecture for the first thing we would build, and a build-vs-buy call on each case
  • How your business appears across six AI engines against your competitors
  • What we would sequence first, second and third
  • An honest view of what it would take — effort, time and what we would need from you
  • A working prototype of the first thing on the list, on your own data — AI or otherwise
  • The whole thing in writing, yours to keep whatever you decide

Before you book

Where this pays, and where it does not

The prototype offer covers any technology we would build for you, not only the AI parts, and it is aimed at organisations running real volume — thousands of documents a month, hundreds of calls a day, or a team whose time on a repeated process you can put a number against. Below that the arithmetic usually says do not build it, and we would rather say so on the call than after you have spent anything.

Making it count

Come with a number. Leave with a plan.

The sharper the inputs, the sharper the plan. Thirty minutes is enough if we spend it on the process that actually costs you something rather than on introductions.

Bring this to the call

  • A process you can point at — the one that costs the most money, time or goodwill
  • A rough sense of its volume: enquiries a week, documents a month, calls a day
  • Whoever actually knows how the work flows, not only whoever owns the budget
  • Anything you have already tried, including what did not work

Walk away with this

  • A costed view of what that process is costing you today
  • The two or three things worth building, in the order we would build them
  • A reference architecture for the first one, and what it costs to run
  • A straight answer on where AI would not pay, so budget goes to what does

Not ready for a call yet? Start with the free AI visibility scan — three fields, and a written read within a working day.

And then we build it. That is the part that makes the plan worth taking.

No handover

The people who studied your business are the people who write the code. Nothing is lost explaining it to a delivery team you have never met.

A fixed price, before we start

Scope comes out of the plan, so we can quote it properly. Agreed in writing, with no hourly billing and no scope-creep invoices.

And we run it afterwards

Monitoring, model upgrades, accuracy checks and a cost ceiling. Most firms hand over and vanish. That gap is why clients stay.

Straight into the diary

Start with a 30-minute call

We work out on the call whether a plan is the right next step for you. If it is, we book the session. If it is not, we will tell you what we think you should do instead.
