Your website address and one line about what you want the homepage to do. If you have a PDF of prices, a delivery policy or a list of the questions customers keep asking, send those too and the POC gets noticeably better. Nothing else, and no call.
It is free and there is no catch worth the word. It costs us a couple of hours because we build this kind of thing constantly, and showing you a working version of your own homepage is a better argument than any proposal. Some people who see it hire us. Most do not.
No. A general model with no access to your material will answer confidently and wrongly about your prices, your stock and your terms, which is worse than no chat at all. This answers from what you give it, cites where the answer came from, refuses what it cannot support, and escalates what should reach a person.
If you want it live, we scope the real build: your full content, the integrations it needs, the escalation rules, and the monitoring that tells you when it is wrong. You get a timeline and a figure in writing before anything starts. If you do not want it, keep the POC.
A homepage with an agent on it is usually live in about a week or two, because the mechanics exist and what takes the time is your content, your approvals and the escalation rules. We research, build, test and deploy with agentic tooling, which is why this is weeks rather than a quarter.
Model and infrastructure costs are billed at cost with no markup, against a ceiling you approve before it goes live. For most sites the running cost is smaller than the enquiries it catches in the first week — but we will tell you when the volume does not justify it.
